The 172m2 (1851 sq ft) house was newly furnished in May 2022 and is well-equipped including high-speed internet, TV with international cable stations, fully-equiped kitchen and a washer and dryer.
The ground floor is dominated by the large open-plan kitchen-dining-living room area. Large floor to ceiling south-facing windows look out onto the garden and the magnificent views of Bonnieux, Lacoste and the fields of lavender. Electric window shutters provide shade when needed.
Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Goult and The North Luberon
The village of Goult has a market every Thursday morning. It has 7 bustling restaurants and cafés, a small grocery store, a butcher, a bakery, a cheese shop, a hair salon, a newsagent and several little boutiques and galleries. It is located near to the charming villages of Gordes, Ménerbes and Rousillion and to the bigger shopping areas of Apt and Coustellet. Day trips to Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Avignon are easily within reach. Outdoor activities like hiking, canoeing, biking, golf and tennis are nearby. Live music and other cultural events and festivals abound in the summer months.
